What was the relationship between Saddam Hussein's inner circle and Islamic terrorists? A newly released document captured in Iraq, but never before seen by the public, offers glimmers of new insight at the Pentagon's Foreign Military Studies Office Web site. The FMSO is a research and analysis center under the U.S. Army's Training and Doctrine Command. This particular document mentions two men with similar names, each with ties to Pakistani religious schools known as madrassas, Jihad training camps, the Taliban and Al Qaeda.
This original translation by my translator-colleague, who goes by the nom de guerre of "Sammi," comes from a notebook kept by an Iraqi intelligence agent. It provides evidence of a cooperative, operational relationship agreed to at the highest levels of the Iraqi government and the Taliban. The notebook is lengthy and we will present it on the FOX News Web site in a series of postings. It deals extensively with meetings between Maulana Fazlur Rahman, an Al Qaeda/Taliban supporter, and Taha Yassin Ramadan, the former vice president of Iraq, and other unnamed Iraqi officials.

A story our local daily yesterday about Pa. National Guard troops coming home noted that evidence was found linking Iraq to terror groups in the U.S.

"Of course, libs have made a career out of ignoring the obvious, so nothing will sway them now."
Yea. There is no way they will bring this stuff forth unless so much pressure is put on them, they have no alternative.
The obviouse would be for the Whitehouse and DoD while in future press conferences to touch on it when the issue of press bias can be intruduced. Clear cut statements, short and sweet to the effect, with much uncovered documents from Saddam's regiem we know for certain he did support terrorist organizations. The add. The documentation is public knowledge now, and there is no reason anyone should have any lingering doubt. Then watch the press reaction.
Bring up again, the Harmony Database. Tony should be able to snap this stuff off with no problem.

Thanks for the PING. The truth will continue to trickle out. And once, again, prove the dems to be the cowardly quislings that they are.

One of the reasons the (D)s exploited the JersyGirls was to get their own 9/11 commission so they they could further the following talking point:
"There was no operational relationship between Saddam and Al Qaeda."
This conclusively shoots that down.

Repeat after me 9 million times, until you pass out from exhaustion and oxygen deprivation, to wake as a mind-numbed robot: "There are no links between Saddam and al Qaeda, there ARE no links between Saddam and al Qaeda, there are NO links between Saddam and al qaeda...."

"The American method is clear. First I discover many times some Islamic organizations which are not themselves and Islam is innocent from them (RR: probably means Islamic organizations that he believes do not behave like Islamic organizations)."Uh uh....I take it to mean he's trying to claim the US is running the terrorist orgs in order for an excuse to kill tolorant, peaceful people like himself.

Thanks for the great work you guys are doing. Maybe Tony Snow should let you co-host a White House news conference so that the rest of America knows this stuff.

In my research I have seen a lot of back and forth among jihadists even within AQ about who is holy and who is an infidel. Seems these guys are so pious that anybody who doesn't follow their dogma is an infidel. I took that sentence as more of the same, but there are many possible meanings.

"actually, we (jveritas and I and others) are working together and I have been posting the translations since the day they were released"I saw the relationship in a subsequent post. Sorry.
Good work!
