Whenever someone like the Jersey Girls or Sheehan appears, I try to picture wives of the men on the Arizona (Dec 7, 1941) etc behaving that way. It works. You immediately see them for what they are, opportunists.
Liberals have always been good at emotional extortion - ever since they began accusing anyone who questioned anything a black did or said of being a "racist", and maybe even before.....
Should be a course in 5th grade.
I'm not hedging on my opinion yet, but Dafydd (it's a Welsh name and is pronounced "daveth") is a sharp cookie and his defense of Ann is the best I've read.

I hope Ann Coulter reads this thread, because if she does I would like to encourage her to go on a campaign against Hillary Clinton.
Hillary becomes blind with rage when someone criticizes her, and if Ann were to just add a regular paragraph to the end of her column with joyous, sharp-tongued reminders of what Hillary is and represents, there is a good chance that Hillary would make a right royal fool of herself again.
Think of it as proxy revenge for all those retired people who lost their nest egg and were ruined by Whitewater and Castle Grande.

All of what's included in this article is what I've been saying for a while. Personally, I have lost some respect for Kathleen Parker following her editorial taking AC to task for how she made her points and I've also lost some respect, though there isn't much left, for Bill O'Reilly who also lost little time in upbraiding AC. Neither of them seem to get it - the right has to scream bloody murder anymore to be heard by the Weft, including Bawney Fwank.
Excellent observations of not only the looney left, but those on the right enabling the griefarazzi.

What makes her able to write and say the things she does is that she knows she is right, and has the courage of her convictions to let it fly. So many of us feel at least some level of disgust whenever we see the Jersey girls, and while the feeling is very real, too few of us have the same courage to say exactly what we're feeling in the presence of varied company.
Ann's a big success because she has that courage, more than O'Reilly will ever have. He's the biggest hound for money on television, and sooo quick to assume the role of hush puppy when he can pander to the left.
