Iraqi PM: Abu Musab Al-Zarqawi Killed

By PATRICK QUINN

BAGHDAD, Iraq Jun 8, 2006 (AP)— Abu Musab al-Zarqawi, the al-Qaida-linked militant who led a bloody campaign of suicide bombings, kidnappings and hostage beheadings in Iraq, has been killed in a U.S. air raid north of Baghdad, Iraq's prime minister said Thursday.

Prime Minister Nouri al-Maliki said al-Zarqawi was killed Wednesday evening along with seven aides.

He said some positive stuff, but he couldn't resist the "but" monkey. He was also egged on by the interviwer. For example, "You have called for the resignation of Rumsfeld and criticized his handling of the war, do you think he deserves some credit today?" Biden responds yes, but there is a lot more to the war than killing Zarqawi. He then launches an attack against the Administration's handling of the war.

Dunno about whether our rats will go into mourning - not sure they're emotionally capable. They'll probably spend a couple of days with focus groups and polls to see what they should do.

As for our future course of action: You nail the leaders last. Cutting the head off the snake doesn't necessarily work with this type of organization, so you start by carving out the belly (lower management), lungs (middle management), and spine (top managment). THEN you go and take the helpless head.

"But WHAT from Biden? Can he not even leave off the criticism and accusations for one darn day?"

Biden has quickly become a broken record and is definitely stuck on stupid. As I have said in other posts, somewhere in the name Bin Laden is the name Biden.

Are you kidding? There is a daily thread here on the idiotic postings of the DUmp called the DUmmie Funnies. It's one of the largest, if not the largest, ping list on this site.

CNN's reporterette Candy something or other says that the President is walking a thin line and he can't brag too much because..................Bin Laden is still out there. She's almost as bias and ignorant as some of the callers on C-Span this morning.
