Missouri Abortion Clinics will be charged with Felony for Failing report Underage Sex - New Law

SPRINGFIELD, MO., June 6, 2006 (LifeSiteNews.com) - Yesterday, Monday June 5, Missouri Gov. Blunt signed into state law measures that not only toughen punishments for sexual offenders, but also those who help or conceal them or their crimes. The law also strengthens the public database of sexual offenders, making it a simple task to report sexual offenders or obtain information on them. The newly signed bill also denies the defense of consent in the case of a victim of a sexual crime under 12.

"We're sending a message to sexual predators that in Missouri we take this seriously," said Gov. Blunt, who has dedicated two days to traveling to cities in Missouri to raise awareness about the new law.

Besides toughening laws against sexual offenders themselves, Gov. Blunt’s new law makes it a felony if a person, or an organization, including abortion clinics, omit to inform the authorities if someone they know is a sexual offender, or if they help that person hide from the authorities.

This may portend huge ramifications for Planned Parenthood, which was exposed in the past few years to have actively engaged in cover-up and cooperation with sexual offenders who had committed statutory rape. In 2002, Life Dynamics Inc. (LDI), a Texas based pro-life group, conducted a covert study on 800 abortion clinics, revealing that 91% agreed to conceal evidence of statutory rape

, prompting investigations in two states

At the time Mark Crutcher, LDI's president, reported that "among girls 15 and younger who get pregnant, between 60 to 80 percent are impregnated by adult men.. [Life Dynamics'] investigation has uncovered irrefutable evidence that both Planned Parenthood and the National Abortion Federation-often operating on taxpayer dollars-knowingly conceal these crimes while aiding and abetting the sexual predators who commit them."

This new law threatens to put Planned Parenthood employess in jail. The expose by LDI listed over 800 recordings of Planned Parenthood employees helping sexual predators...

If too many Planned Parenthood employees end up jail this might jeopardize a Hillary Clinton for president run in 2008 or even a John Kerry run...

I can always hope that Fox News will one day run the headline: A number of Hillary Clinton/John Kerry supporters were thrown in jail today... And I would not put it past Fox News to run such a headline with laws like this passed...

The Lame Stream Media keeps having to layoff employees. Maybe they are running out of money to cut down trees to print their newspapers and money for reporters...

Fox News keeps making the news about how well they are doing...

The liberal press seems to keep having these financial troubles...

Eventually, the New York Times and other liberal outlets will change with the Times or face extinction...

Great news. I hope that this will start closing down Planned Parenthood offices across the state.

Let them spend most of their money defending their employees against adding and abetting the sexual molestation of a minor. Couldn't happen to nicer people.

Good. This is a start.

Abortion "clinics" are exempt from all sorts of rules in many states. Not only do they not report things like children impregnated by adults or relatives, but they don't even have to report statistics on deaths or injuries. New York State exempted them from just about everything, and there were never any statistics available for them - unlike, of course, any other provider of any other medical service in the state.

Not quite sure how anyone can be expected to 'know' this. 'Suspect', yes. Bur are all Missourians now felons if they don't report a certain ex-President?

In the case of the LDI sting of Planned Parenthood, a young girl called to say she was a 13 year old impregnated by a 22 year old boyfriend. Over the phone, the recordings indicated not only how the girl could procure an abortion but also how to girl can deceive her parents about her 22 year old boyfriend.

The 800 recordings of Planned Parenthood employees reveal all sorts of law breaking. So just having a 12 year old call Planned Parenthood and discuss such matters, if the phone conversation is recorded, indictments could be handed down based on the telephone conversation.

And if a 12 year old were to actually go to a place like Planned Parenthood for advice, then criminal indictments could be handed down. Why?

A twelve year old girl that is accompanied by a 23 year old male that is hugging and fondling the young girl inside the Planned Parenthood facility might be reason to suspect the 23 year old especially when he is pressuring the young girl to have an abortion. Certainly if there was someone at the Planned Parenthood facility in an undercover capacity, that person could obtain evidence of illegal behavior.

For example, I know of a case where a young girl that was pregnant (but at least 18) went inside an abortion clinic in the 1990s to talk about abortion openly so that by her discussing it, she might persuade others inside the clinic.

In this case, the young woman was a member of the Latter Day Saints and she felt it was her missionary duty to go inside the clinic, pretend she was going to have a late term abortion, and then tell the clinic she changed her mind.

Such tactics could be used by police and pro-life groups to obtain convictions in Missouri.

Additionally, DNA tests can prove who the father is - especially after the abortion. So the aborted babies (or fetuses) could be used as evidence.

Basically, a form that would require the young girl to truthfully state who the father of the unborn child is would be enough to help provide convictions if it is found that, like in the sting by LDI, that Planned Parenthood coerced the girl into false testimony or steps to deceive her parents...

The rule that is appalling that most abortion mills (clinics) are exempt from is sanitation.

Most veterinary clinics (places dogs and cats go to) are much more sanitary than the average abortion clinic.

But then most abortionists are heroes in the eyes of Hillary Clinton and Nancy Pelosi, and it is okay if young girls or women occasionally die at the hands of these sacred butchers who are normally the rejects of most medical schools...

The botched abortion in September of 1998 at Delta Womens Clinic is a prime example. The abortionist had been earlier that year kicked out of Louisiana State University Medical school. She was supposed to be supervised by an abortionist who did have proper medical degrees and licensing. But that abortionist was performing abortions in New Orleans at the time of the botched abortion.

Besides perforating the uterus numerous times during the failed abortion (the baby was still alive after the procedure and inside the woman, though the baby might have been missing an arm or a leg), the woman got septic poisoning by the incredibly unsanitary conditions in the abortion clinic.

In the case, supposedly PRO-WOMEN organizations fought tooth and nail against the passage of a law that would make abortion clinics more sanitary in Louisiana and stalled the enactment of the law for 5 years.

If you live in Missouri, encourage law enforcement organizations to put undercover officers in abortion facilities such as Planned Parenthood.

It would be wise and prudent to get parents involved in monitoring and pressuring the police to come up with convictions - just so the pedophiles are put behind bars in Missouri at least, and if necessary, the abortion clinic workers.

Any press about this will hurt the coffers of organizations such as Planned Parenthood and put pressure on the funding by The United Way in support of these activities...

Tiller the Killer's mill in Wichita is close enough that some pro-life groups might help with some of the monitoring of these facilities in Missouri (or help organize people to keep an eye out for suspicious activity - such as adult men accompanying underage girls into Planned Parenthood facilities.

In Louisiana, since that state is very pro-life, there were cases because of desparation the abortion mills hired pro-life workers who actually worked inside the abortion clinic and tried to convince the girls/women that abortion was wrong. One was an African-American woman who worked a sonogram machine (required by law) that would show the girls/women pictures of their babies and use such terms in showing them the sonogram.

Another was a security officer, who after a conversion, started telling the girls/women about the dead babies inside the clinic.

In the case of the African-American woman, she quit - the atmosphere of killing babies was too much for her. But she was able to save quite a few babies in the meantime.

I think the security guard might have been forced to quit, but then the abortion clinic had a major lawsuit against them at that time, so they may have needed to get rid of him because of the lawsuit (a botched abortion case).

The popular phrase, "Nation of Laws," is increasingly becoming "Nation of law-breakers and their enablers", and we are the slaves who finance them.

The newly signed bill also denies the defense of consent in the case of a victim of a sexual crime under 12.

This statement infers that consent HAS been a defense to this point; that's insane! Or, am I reading it wrong?

It could put Planned Parenthood out of business. Few people know what it actually does apart from killing the unborn. Well, they're running a nasty business and for all their caterwauling about choice, they don't actually dare be forthright about they actually do.

Part of the business of Planned Parenthood is political action to elect politicians that will vote tax dollars to Planned Parenthood.

For example, all Democratic Presidential candidates since Jimmy Carter have enjoyed the support of Planned Parenthood.

On the one hand, they support political candidates such as Diane Feinstein, Barabara Boxer, Ted Kenneday, Hillary Clinton, and John Kerry, and on the other hand they receive tax dollars (through their support) for Planned Parenthood programs.

Any fiscal conservative would find this an unreasonable relationship - an exchange of tax money for polical support and also real dollars to the politicians for tax money.

The Planned Parenthood websites make no distinction between the political action part of Planned Parenthood versus the abortion clinics/sex education part. Each one claims to represent and be a part of Planned Parenthood.

Coat hangers are safer - you will probably be treated by a hospital rather than an abortion clinic.

As far as your tag line, those were both important aspects of the political agenda and programs of Margaret Sanger and Adolf Hitler - in fact, Nazi scientists had great praise for the work that Margaret Sanger and American Scientists were doing on creating a Master Race.

It was the ties between Margaret Sanger and her organization of the 1930s that prompted the creation of Planned Parenthood.

The attack on the United States occurred on December 7, 1941. On December 8, 1941, the United States declared war on Japan, Germany, and Italy.

Because of Pearl Harbor, Margaret Sanger was forced to give birth to Planned Parenthood a few weeks later in January, 1941 to replace the organization that such strong relations with Nazi Germany.

There was mandatory sterilization plans for the stupid in Nazi Germany. So if you really believe your tag line, you should start a National Socialist Party or Nazis in your neighborhood. And then you can branch out into forms of Eugenics to form a Master Race a la Margaret Sanger in your neighborhood.

Margaret Sanger advocated the eradication of blacks (African-Americans), Indians (native Americans), and Catholics. Hitler advocated the elimination of Jews and the inferior Slavic races.

What is your advocacy - just stupidity? Downs Syndrome?

New York State exempted them from just about everything

Interesting, as NY requires doctors to report gunshot wounds as a matter of law enforcement and public safety.
