Please be in prayer for our LadyX. She will be undergoing surgery tomorrow morning(5/24/06). Any of you who know LadyX, know that she has been a member of our FR Family for a long time and is very much loved and respected. She has inspired us, made us laugh, given us some of the wisest of advice, wowed us with tales of her life in the Marines, and shared her childhood memories of an idealic time. Some will recall the sailing of the Mobius, or the time on the tropical island. We have shared many adventures. Now, it's time to let her know how much she is loved.
Post your prayers, encouragements, jokes, pictures or memories, so she will have them to read when she gets back home.

Thank you Jim. This is a rough one for our Lady. They will do MRI and telemetry tomorrow to rule our stroke. She is going to have to go to a rehab for about 6 weeks, which will pose a hardship for her husband, because there is no rehab where they live. She will have to stay in Aiken, which is 30 miles away. Her children have all gone back to their homes. Pray they don't have to come back.

Thanks for the update ping WVNan. I have and will continue prayers. Tomorrow, I will go to church, pray and light a candle for LadyX.
Praying this due to the meds with Maggie and She will be alert tomorrow.

Thank you sweetie. You know, I told everyone to send private messages thinking that her son would be there to download them. But he went back to Fla. Now I'm thinking that she won't get them until she gets honme, and Lord knows when that will be.

Let us reach out in faith and believe the good Lord is watching over the whole deal. Surely our prayers are being listened to. Let us not despire, as things happen that at first appear rather disheartening.
Let us continue to pray to put LadyX in the good Lord's Hands. Today may find her feeling much better. Things can test one's faith. Sometimes to the limit. Let us in faith believe the Lord is in total control of what happens to LadyX. But yes, we hold her up for a full recovery, home from the hospital soon, with no major restrictions once she has adapted to the loss of her limb. May HIS will be done.

Most Merciful Savior, We thank you for the joy of friendship with thy loving daughter, Maggie, and thank you for her witness..
We ask O Lord that our Maggie recover swiftly from this latest setback..May her medication be the cause of her latest symptoms..We pray she may be awake , aware with no side effects quickly. We ask that Maggie's pain be eased and her recovery be without further complications. Oh, Lord, hold her tenderly in your care.
We pray that her family may be strengthened and comforted. In the name of the Father, The Son and Holy Spirit we pray..Amen

Heavenly Father, we return to thank You for the incredible strength that You have given to LadyX ... may it increase even more as she shakes off the medicine in the hours ahead. May it be, Merciful Father, that every sign and symptom of a stroke would disappear under Your healing hand; may she awaken with full use and feeling in her body and complete clarity of mind. Comfort her anxious husband and family and friends as they await ... may we remain firm in faith and ever mindful of your mercy and blessing in each and every circumstance.
