As anyone who's a member of the NRA already knows, the United Nations is hosting one of their pathetic "summits" to discuss amongst their totalitarian selves how to disarm the civilian populace of the world.

Never wasting an opportunity to P.O. the American public, this event is going to be hosted on July 4th of all days, right in NYC. With an estimated half of the world's non-government-owned firearms existing in the United States alone, our nation is the biggest single impediment to this agenda.

By the way, the last such summit was held in Brazil in 2001, if I recall correctly, and just last year that nation voted down a broad anti-gun law, much to the anti-gunners' amazement and dismay.

The NRA is pretty much the only organization still getting my money. The RNC is a lost cause.

This is a slap in the face to law-abiding Americans, and while we enjoy near-record-low crime rates in this country, the totalitarian, gun-grabbing regimes across Europe and the rest of the world find themselves being overrun with violence and violent crime.

I used to have the wording for the proposed UN gun control law - and Hitler's - the one he enacted before invading HOlland. Step 1:registration of guns, second collecting (He then had the names of gun owners and their guns = turn them in or be shot) and then invading.

Put the UN plan side by side with Hitler's and they were a near carbon copy. (They had to have used Hitler's for the model.)

If anyone has this, now's good time to get it disseminated so that people will understand the parallel
