Yes, that's warm and humid I bet.
No, actually in my part of Texas it means it is as hot as an oven and very dry. The humidity right now is only 19%...it can crack your lips. Not pleasant...but high humidity is worse I think.
Good evening, Mayor.
I liked it in Arizona humidity around 12%, could cool off easily. Especially when it was 115 and I was framing houses.
Amen and thank you Warthog..
Is that for the A-10 Warthog I love so much?
It is not, Mayor, although I have come to love that aircraft myself, if only for its magnificent name.
Yes, if there is a breeze, there's no problem cooling off as the perspiration evaporates easier in the low humidity. It can nearly sear your skin at those high temps, though.
Hope you have a good week this week and stay busy. How many projects are you involved in right now? Did you finish that **shudder** pink bathroom? ;o)
And it does have a magnificent name. : )
Great horns, too. :)
I used to get in any shade I could and splash wate on myself.
Got heat exhaustion once and learned my lesson.
I have got a bunch of work, I should be done with the pink bathroom by Wednesday.
Then I have roof repair, a roof to do, actually 2, drywall job, rebuild a chimney, paint a small house and a few more with work coming in.
A mother asked President Bush,
"Why did my son have to die in Iraq?"
Another mother asked President Kennedy,
"Why did my son have to die in Viet Nam?"
Another mother asked President Truman,
"Why did my son have to die in Korea?
Another mother asked President F.D. Roosevelt,
"Why did my son have to die at Iwo Jima?"
Another mother asked President W. Wilson,
"Why did my son have to die on the battlefield of France?"
Yet another mother asked President Lincoln,
"Why did my son have to die at Gettysburg?"
And yet another mother asked President G. Washington,
"Why did my son have to die near Valley Forge?"
Then long, long ago, a mother asked...
"Heavenly Father, why did my Son have to die
on a cross outside of Jerusalem?"
The answers to all these are similar --
"So that others may have life and dwell in peace, happiness and
freedom."
This was emailed to me with no author
and I thought the magnitude
and the simplicity were awesome ...
Love to All

Well, I am glad to see that you are staying busy and it sounds like your reputation for quality repairs and remodellng jobs is getting around up there.
Heat exhaustion is very dangerous. I hope you learned what to do to prevent that happening again.
Another heart tugging winner NB. You are amazing. Sistah, hold on to this one. It's an image you can use.
Good morning GBU!
Most Excellent!
GGRRRRRRRRR !!!!!!!!!!
