Lo sientos pendejos. Fix Mehico's problemos and then come here as touristas and spend your dineros in the USA.
Our company took over management of some apartments with one upper rented to an illegal. He asked for an air conditioner. I told him he would have to buy his own window unit. He had a fit; told me he could not carry it back home when he left.
MadIvan! You are a man after my own heart! Let's get married.
(Just kidding, for I know you have already been snatched up by a good lass with some Scots blood running through her veins!)
Excellent point. Since these people feel that we don't respect the most fundamental of our laws, they will most likely go on to break others. The Senate must be held to task on this.
That would be better than most of other potential candidates in 2008, but the Constitution has this thing about presidents being native born Americans. However, you can get around that technicality by changing your appearance with a LOT of make-up, claiming a last name like Ramirez or Gonzales, and learning a little border Spanish. Then you just get in line with all the rest of the Mexicans and cross over the border. Once you're here and believed to be an illegal Mexican, no old rules apply and you can do anything you want.
This Homeland Security stuff has been such a bad joke. Apparently every potential terrorist is going to be found in a U.S. airport. That's why we go through all the searches, take off your shoes, etc. before we can board a plane. Plane hijackings are passe today, too high a risk. But any Arab terrorists could pass easy as Mexicans and join the border cannonball run.
It's past ridiculous, I thought real countries had real borders, but not us.
i guess he doesnt want 12 million arriving home who knows what should be done in mexico...a little bit of ass covering here methinks...
I don't know about Washington but we the people are sure interested in keepin ILLEGAL law breaking parasites out, that's for sure.
And send the bill to Mexico!
Not just Washington, Ernesto.
The vast majority of the LEGAL citizens of the U.S. are interested in keeping YOUR problems out of our country, too.
I'm curious too.
I can tell you around here, that now , that I think of it its not mentioned as a destination. Normally spring breakers would head that way and I can't remeber any of our friends or customers kids heading there, The bahammas, Florida, and texas come to mind, for both parents and kids.
I wonder how much of that is a conscious decision or a result of cancun still trying to rebuild?
The gonads on these people.
So would you be, if your economy was dependent on all that US greenbacks flowing into your nations coffers, and at the same time you can export your poor and dispossessed North.
From the Mexican Governments point of view its either win win or lose lose.
If the border was tightened up to stop the flow and the illegals kicked out, it would
1) Halt or limit the flow of US dollars to Mexico.
2) A lot of Mexicans with there bright northern future cut of and no future under the present regime may/will turn to violence riots anarchy.
Maybe it is for this reason and not because certain Republicans want a source of cheap labour that Bush is not acting as hard as he should be.
Maybe those in command are afraid of what a destablised Mexico may mean to the United States.
Regards, Ivan
When will George tell the Mexicans to STFU?
Don't guess it'll ever happen. Some sort of perverted love affair with them. It must be W's version of WMG (white man's guilt).
Obviously the Mexican government cannot admit to it's own total corruption and failure in providing opportunity for it's citizens who then have to leave their precious homeland and seek a better life elsewhere. The U.S. has always been a pressure release valve for that kleptocracy known as Mexico, and they know it. They also know that we can't take the chance of having their country becoming a true enemy of the U.S. because of our shared border and current need for oil and cheap, illegal labor. They're pimping their own people to us and our government and businesses look the other way. Is it going to change much, I doubt it. But the fact that we are hypocrites and schizophrenic towards dealing with the issue is even more disconcerting. A sign of the times.
I wonder if we could replace the fence with alligator infested moats?
