Yeah, everybody is afraid to drive the speed limit because it's daylight. If you go the speed limit, you are honked at and given the finger.
If a road is always slow during rush-hour, the rubes up here in MPLS always drive slow- because that's what they always do. Drive slow and wait in line. they love traffic jams: more time to wait in line. it's crazy.

if i were a cop, id pull people over for not signaling. i know its petty but it drives me insane.
To: King of Florida
Tailgating and cutting people off is a way of life down here. And signaling is a sign of weakness. Bah! We have had two freeway shootings so far this week in Southern California and it's only Tuesday.

LOL, that's true! But that's BelleMeade.
In the 80's when I came here, nobody let you in on the interstate. And back then we had a lot more tourist traffic, you'd have thought the residents would have been more considerate of visitors. Now it seems rare that people won't let you in.

New Jersey drivers know that the fastest way to get from one point to another is a straight line - And everything preventing you form going in a straight line, includingg traffic lights, is involved in a conspiracy to slow you down.

Ditto that. I've lived in a lot of states and Mass. drivers are BY FAR the worst and the rudest!

The company will now set out to do education outreach in the most rude cities. Where would you rather go? Miami or Minneapolis?

Berkeley, California ranks #1 on my list. Those tolerant, loving hippies are the meanest dang drivers I ever encounter.
Honk... honk... HONK...

Yes, the drivers here are the rudest on the planet - That's cuz there are so many ILLEGAL IMMIGRANTS here who can't drive worth a S##T.

Don't worry, they'll raise your insurance even more to cover the illegals.

I lived in the Minneapolis area for a year and a half. Saw the rudest driving I've ever seen there. And a lot of bad behavior in parking lots around Seattle. Typical worthless study.

Nah,but the 400 pounds of sand in the trunk does slow us down.;)

Driving in Miami is heaven compared to much of NYC.Drivers in NYC are actually pretty good. The problem is that there are a lot of us and even if we are all curtious and all follow the rules of the road, there are going to be lots of problems. Keep in mind that the entire population of the Miami Metro area is only about 15% of the population of the NYC Metro area.

I have found other drivers to be quite nice whenever I'm driving one of these:

I don't think it's so much illegals as just plain immigrants, legal or no, from Latin America. I've driven in Bogotá and Caracas, and you can see that insane style of driving has crept into the culture here in Miami.

Atlanta's drivers would take issue with that.

I feel so helpless driving the highways of MN with anything less than 285hp and rear wheel drive. ;o
