It has been a few years since I drove in Atlanta, but I remember that as an OK place to drive. Boston was loony tunes, Columbus (Georgia) was FAST, Fayetteville was OK as long as you watched out for the Korean women, DC was a pain in the keister and I must admit I never had the guts to try New York.

Baltimore drivers are just the worst I ever encountered at not being aware of what is around them - they will cut you off, turn in front of you or whatever because they did not see you.
