When Ted Kennedy dies, I hear he's going to donate parts of his liver to various power companies in New England. They'll be able to burn it for about 50 years to generate electricity.

Homer: Are you saying you're never going to eat any animal again? What about bacon?
Lisa: No.
Homer: Ham?
Lisa: No.
Homer: Pork chops?
Lisa: No.
Homer: Gasoline?
Lisa: Dad, those all come from the same animal.
Homer: Heh heh heh. Ooh, yeah, right, Lisa. A wonderful, magical animal.

"A typical pig produces about 6 gallons of waste a day.:"

Working on those gallons now.

So basically he has invented a pig poop extruder.

I sure would be nice if the gridlock on the freeway smelt like bacon though. MMMMM. Bacon.

Mother of all Revenge indeed, you gotta love that.

Having been around the critters a little, the 3.6 gallons of crude oil a day per pig sounds high to me, though they do poop a lot.

No mention of the most important part of the equation:

What's the production cost per gallon?

Is there any potential in human waste? Could we turn our sewerage plants into refineries?

If we dumped some of the fuel in a Muslim's car, he couldn't drive it or he wouldn't get to heaven.

Think bigger. Use this stuff to make airplane fuel and use some of it in all flights in the USA. Signs in every airport making sure the muzzies know they're flying in a pig-plane. Think any of them would crash another airliner? We could abolish the TSA!

I've heard that Florida has the second highest population of pigs in the world.. second only to the country of China.

Yes! Thermaldepolymerization!!!!!!(TDP, see post 10 for a great article) Get government, its silly regulations, and usurious taxes out of the biofuels business and start finding cheaper fuels all the way around.

Landfills, tire dumps, stockyards, real plastics recycling...all are potential feedstock for the TDP process.

Top sends
