Spam sliced to the desired thickness, marinated in a batter of eggs, milk and tabasco or any seasoning of your choice, dipped in flour and fried to your desire. Wonderful stuff for lunch with veggies, potatoes or whatever.....even on a sandwich or just as a snack to be munched as is hot or cold. :-)
