Nuts are very fattening. I can't stop eating them once I start.
I just finally shed the last of the 7 pounds I gained from the nut kick I was on last year.
I kept sliced fennel out on the table all the time and bought ankle weights to wear while I roller blade.
Nuts may be a healthy snack; but not when you can't say no :))
Nuts are my junk food.

For a snack, air-popped popcorn with butter, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, and a little onion powder.
For a pseudo-meal, a cheese sandwich with mayo, mustard, and ketchup on it.
For dinner when Xena's Guy is out of town (such as next week), Welsh rarebit. :)

Just season your popcorn with whatever spice you happen to like. Mine smells like Italian food some days!

Slice this and stick it in a zip lock:
It tastes like licorice and it's crunchy.

Gummy Bears, Gummy Strawberries, Gummy Cherries, Gummy Frogs.
All delicious.
