Been nice knowin' ya, America
By Dimitri Vassilaros TRIBUNE-REVIEW Sunday, May 7, 2006
Will the next generation of U.S. citizens consider themselves Americans or post-Americans? Better still, why wouldn't they consider themselves post-Americans? Considering how quickly this republic is unraveling, is it too late to ask rhetorical questions?

Yeah, and in the 80's, the year 2000 was a post-apocalyptic nuclear nightmare run by machines too.
No one brought up surnames until you did. It is those ILLEGAL workers FROM ANYWHERE who steal from our largesse. And yes, the Farmers are evil since they break the law (current law says they should be fined $10,000 PER OCCURRANCE).
Oh and supporters of illegals are the most evil of all, since they give comfort and aid to the enemy.

"The DemocRATS' latest bit of rhetoric about America needing even MORE illegal immigrants to pay the Social Security benefits for the upcoming boomer baby retirements was a stroke of brilliance."
Their platform, condensed.
What we are witnessing today is unprecedented. We are being invaded. If anything, the numbers are understated.
The present level of immigration is significantly higher than the average historical level of immigration. This flow may be attributed, in part, to the extraordinary broadening of U.S. immigration policy in 1965. Since 1970, more than 30 million legal and illegal immigrants have settled in the U.S., representing more than one-third of all people ever to come to America's shores.
At the peak of the Great Wave of immigration in 1910, the number of immigrants living in the U.S. was less than half of what it is today, though the percentage of the population was slightly higher. The annual arrival of 1.5 million legal and illegal immigrants, coupled with 750,000 annual births to immigrant women, is the determinate factor or three-fourths of all U.S. population growth.
"I have noticed that big L Libertarians have jumped on the populist tancredo anti-hispanic bandwagon."
Try "Anti-illegal bandwagon"...to which 80+% of Americans agree...........
We here have noticed you're an illegal apologist and a race baiter.
The below person in your words, is evil, evil. How dare he leave tort law to grow food.

Uh dude, do you work for Hormel? Since you are spamming(i.e replies #87, 89, & 90).
THIS is an example of why my son signed on the dotted line.
Not the crybaby nambie pambie pussies who will sit on their hands pouting in the corner on election day.
Thank you.
I'm getting nauseated reading some of these threads lately.

I don't have the resources, but I think we need a website for the CNGO that focusses more on solutions apart from what we can expect government to respond to. They know the truth of the matter, that the Republic may be history in a few weeks or months, but seem powerless to stop the erosion. Because of their low numbers and non-key positions, I'm sure.
Certainly work to put more conservatives in government, but that is going to take a long time. The panic people are feeling now -- and writing about, may be a sign that time has run out for remedy through the political process.
We're talking the survival of our national Sovereignty here. And perhaps our personal survival as well, for there are a number that will not go blindly into the night.
It's upon us, and I'm sure the uglies in California (and elsewhere across the nation) don't think what they are doing is just street theatre. It's just a warm-up before the 'games' to test their numbers and solidarity.
Glad you liked, if you want check out my other 'stuff' i was embedded on the Border last month and wrote about it, acutally have written a lot about the Border and the Immigration issues which is interesting since i live in Pittsburgh, but i contend what happens on the border does not stay on the border, it affects all of us

"America dies, that's what it is doing."
No, it's an attempted murder.
the Republic died a little in each of those time periods, and its slow death continues. the founding fathers would probably not even recognize our government.
those that understand our slow demise aren't panicked, they're popping corn and watching it all go uncontrollably down. the ones panicked are the ones who had a revelation and realize how much liberty we've lost and how morally vacant we've become.
He didn't hire anyy illegals.

How nice of you to once again expose yourself. You ut up strawmen faster than most people can walk to the restroom (which is where your strawmen belong).
Would you, FOR ONCE, please argue honestly instead of misrepresenting what people say?
God, how far do you think your Pet Iguana status will get you?
Thanks again. Sorry I mis-spelled your name. (Slaps forhead!)
"The opportunities that will emerge for wealth building in North American in the next ten years is mind "bogling". Freepers, you may have to move to take advantage of these opportunities. Good luck and God speed!"
The problem with all that is is they are using our tax money
to build up the infrastructure in Mexico and central America. These countries have such a long history of graft and corruption that people from there do not share our understanding of how our government is supposed to work. They are first in line to apply for government benefits.
To make the USA, Mexico and Canada into some semblance of the EU would require further weakening of the constitution.
I for one am not willing to trade our constitution for rule by WTO type organizations under the UN.
