I've never posted a new thread before and was going to put this with Santa Ana but now there are details so I think it needs it's own thread.
Reports for help from all police to respond to Vista, California for unrest related to the immigration protests.
I'd been hearing sirens racing north on 15 for over the last 50 minutes and was trying to find out what was going on, as after hearing and seeing groups of 2-6 patrol cars racing up the freeway sirens wailing every 4-8 minutes made it apparent something was going on.
I have never seen that many cop cars in one place. The line going up the street was many blocks long!
Sweet of them. How about some solid news from the media?
They might find out how violent Southern Californians can get in return when they start messing with their cars! :-)
This Canadian Ally is getting irritated. I lived in Temecula, CA as a legal for almost a decade. My father, a 76-year-old Republican, still lives in Lake Elsinore and proudly flies the US flag.
Definitely let up now. I think it's been about 15 minutes since I've heard any (but I also don't hear freeway traffic at all now either, so they may be going by without sirens still...stopped watching so I could track better on the news while it's been on).
I know I finally got up to look out the window at 9, but I had been hearing them for awhile before in groups. It was probably 8:30 or so when I first heard them from my area...but I'm sure they had been responding from the areas closer first...so this was just response from further away that I heard. I'm still pretty close, but there were definitely a lot of areas able to respond closer.
It was groups of about 3-12 or so about every 3-8 minutes for the first two hours. It's slowed the last half hour or so, and been smaller groups.

The gumball link was too broken up at 1.5M. I'm listening to:

Yes, she has a bird's eye view from her home.
Thanks! Sure thing...plenty of room (and some cozy quilts!) Hee, hee
Makes you wonder if anytown USA was under martial law if MsM would report that?!
let's send the bill for the police action to vicente, they're his citizens
LOL! Got that. Although my guns haven't killed as many people as Ted Kennedy's car. But I was thinking of accessories...
Not if it suited their agenda to not report.
Thanks :-)
Was debating about starting the thread for awhile, but then thought I better wait till I knew something...then almost posted in the Santa Ana thread...but once I finally heard how big it was figured I had a front row seat to maybe actually be able to help contribute some news for many of you who have done the same in other situations!
They love their quilts. Did I tell you my daughter has bought the house across the street from me?
She'll soon (within a year) be off that island.
Can someone get us east coast people a freeze frame of what's going on the TV? Like to see all those cop cars.
great picture of the cowardess with the bannana :0
Thanks.
One of the reasons it has let up re the number of cop cars going to Vista, might be a simple one.
Most of the cars/officers, which are able to respond are there.
Thanks for this great reporting.
