One of the reasons it has let up re the number of cop cars going to Vista, might be a simple one.
Most of the cars/officers, which are able to respond are there.

That's definitely the case (no one else to respond)...I seriously can't imagine what they'll do if something breaks out at the opposite end of the county. I'm a little surprised they didn't actually plan that (two groups at opposite ends to force a division of response)...there can't really be many left anywhere else!
