We had some marchers here in Philly, but it seemed like business as usual otherwise...didn't see any stores shut and I got my lunch on time! Just highlighting the disgusting media bias.

Who is Dave Carpenter, what makes him such an expert, and why is he such a wienie? The puke makes me sick. The demonstrations are a failure.

But it would lead to lower taxes as the billions we pay to medicate, educate and incarcerate these trespassers would be eliminated. We'd have more than enough savings to pay for that extra quarter a head of lettuce would cost. And besides, we wouldn't have these scummy lawbreakers taking over chunks of our cities and turning them into filthy slums.

I wonder what the reaction would be if there were a "Year Without Taxpayers"?

Did my part for the economy today. Went shopping and blew nearly $300.00 on stuff I didn't need.

Business as usual in Houston as far as I could tell.
All they did was disrupt traffic patterns.

Same as usual here in South Central PA.
I also noticed that the illegals didn't boycott the free clinic here.
To: Sterm26
Fire them all. We'll rebuild without them. I've been trying to get lawns for my boys to mow and have been unable to do so because of illegals. I'd love to work a second job and have been unable to find work due to illegals. So, let them go -- many of us want to work and U.S. employers will NOT let us. Screw 'em.

As far as I could tell, there were only three restaurants closed down here in Morgan Hill, CA. It's too bad, I really enjoyed going to one of them. Now, if you'll excuse me, I've got to go shopping to show my support for the boycott. :=)

My day has been pretty normal. What I'm curious to know, is if all the illegals are boycotting business, are they also boycotting welfare offices. Wonder if the welfare workers are having a slow day. I think not.

I live in Colorado. Two of my favorite Mexican food restaurants were shut down today and had signs on their doors stating that it was because of the nation-wide boycott.
I calculated that I spend approximately $600/year at each of these restaurants.
I stopped my car at each one and wrote in red lettering on their signs: "I am a long time customer at your restaurant, but you have lost my business for good".
Now I just need to find a different type of food to enjoy...

In San Jose, CA, all is the same .... except less traffic, English speaking people at McDonald's and Taco Bell.
