A man was attacked early Saturday by about 15 youths near an entrance to a parking garage at the rear of a Strip resort, police said.
The victim is able to pull away from the crowd, but he is chased and caught in the middle of a roadway, where the growing group of attackers, as if in a feeding frenzy, continues to punch, kick and stomp on him as he curls in a fetal position on the ground. One of the assailants appears to use a chain or some type of belt to whip the man.
The victim, whose name and age were not released, suffered a broken jaw and a broken collarbone, police said.
"This is truly egregious," Las Vegas police Capt. Dave O'Leary said.
He said the suspects are thought to have been coming out of a nearby movie theater when the attack occurred.
The United Artists Showcase 8 movie theaters are next to the MGM Grand on the Strip, and visitors to the cinemas frequently park at the MGM Grand.
Authorities are looking for about 15 people in their late teens or early 20s who were involved, O'Leary said.
On the videotape, most, if not all, of the attackers appear to be boys or young men, but at least one woman is seen kicking the victim before she jogs away laughing.
The videotape shows the victim keeping an eye on the crowd as it streamed past the golf cart in which he was sitting at about 2:20 a.m.
One of the young men passing by the golf cart is seen taking the man's two-way radio out of the passenger side of the vehicle, police said.

Notice something missing from the story? The victim was white and the perps were black. Nowhere is this info listed. You have to watch the video to get that gem of information.

I watched this clip on FOX and couldn't really tell the ethnicity of anybody, perps or victim. Are you sure about this? I couldn't tell from the clip the information you are inferring. I'll take your word for it however.
That's disgusting. But of course it won't be reported. The event in NYC - where an NYU student died after he was chased into traffic by a bunch of thuglets (13 yr olds) chanting anti-white slogans - has quietly disappeared from the national media.
Does Las Vegas have a significant black population? I haven't been there for years and don't know much about it.

Yea it was hard for me to discern as well. All I could really tell was that the victim was a white guy.

Any town has places like that. I lived in a small city in central Florida for a few years and the police were always hauling drunken college girls out of some horrible part of town where they had been invited to a "party" by some creep who hung out at the college bars, or rescuing an idiot kid who had taken a hitch-hiker to the ATM with him to withdraw $20 so the hitch-hiker could buy a cup of coffee in the morning (and of course was robbed at gunpoint and forced to withdraw every dime Daddy had given him). Kinda dries up the milk of human kindness, alas.
The age is probably accurate within a year or so. The sad thing about the NYU student is that the thuglets pegged him because he was giving money to a beggar in a wheelchair - talk about heartless!
