Mixed feelings on this one. I intend to see the film.

I don't like the idea of hollywood making money off this film. If it was so important to show why not make it for TV so all can see.

People need to be shaken out of the dreamworld in which they've been living. They need to be reminded, early and often, of the fact that we're dealing with an enemy that won't stop until one of us is dead.

I will see the movie with my eyes wide open.

After years of watching Hollywood spew forth every type of perversion imaginable while calling it "art", I feel quite comfortable saying that if anybody doesn't want to see this film, they should feel free to stay home.

"The film, to open on April 28 in America, has ignited debate there over whether the country is ready for such a vivid portrayal of the attacks."

Ready? No.

In desperate need of a reality check? Yes, Yes indeed.

I think it should be shown. People should remember what happened, but if they are truly going to be traumatized and don't want to see it, I can appreciate that too, especially for relatives of those who died.

I would rather crawl across a desert of salted glass than see this movie.

If people can't handle films about 9/11/01 almost 5 years later, they never would have made it through World War 2. Hollywood was pumping out war films like you wouldn't believe back then.

"One lady was crying," the manager told a local paper. "I don't think people are ready for this."

If cinemas never ran movies people cried about, they wouldn't have much to show or from which to profit.

....the film, to open on April 28 in America, has ignited debate there over whether the country is ready for such a vivid portrayal of the attacks.... a trailer advertising the film was played at Grauman's Chinese Theatre in Hollywood......a cinema in Manhattan took the rare step of pulling it from its screens after several complaints....

Since when are Manhattan and Hollywood cinema audiences representative of America? Typical liberals, they were just as 'worried' about the 'vivid portrayal' of Christ's suffering in The Passion.

With all due respect, why do we care what victims' families think about this film? I really don't think it is relevant, so long as the facts are accurate. The film and those like it are for everyone else, so we will never forget the mass murdered inflicted on America by Islam on that black day.

I can understand family not wanting to see it. As for the rest of us, well it's not news that liberals can't face reality, so I predict this movie will bomb at the box office. Not enough Freepers to make a difference. Hope I'm wrong though.

Information regarding the terrorists intentions was able to reach the passengers. This is one aspect they did not plan for. As a result, and at a price too heavy for the heart to bear, we still have whatever target was intended at the time - most likely the White House.

I intend to see this film, too. It seems that Alan Beaven's brother has the same affliction as Nick Berg's father. I've been calling it Sheehanism.

If it is true that Alan Beaven's body was found in the cockpit, and he is heard on the black box recording, I truly doubt that the little riff by the brother about Alan fighting the underdog against evil corporations is anything but the brother's own political motivations. It wasn't the brother fighting for his life on that plane, and it wasn't the brother who was the underdog on that day.

It's taken the Hollywood/MSM cabal this long to make people forget about 9/11, it's time to remember how quickly we all came together in one day. In only a few hours. The rest of the world needs to remember who Americans really are, too.

The Liberal Censorship of this movie has begun! You shouldn't see this movie because it reminds people why we are fighting the war on terror.
