The people who are citizens of Mexico should be concerned, but they'll let the commie win and then blame Bush.

"Do they have a secret symbol on their heads?"
You continue to spin this. Your comment suggest once again that you are referring to your previous NAZI comment. The Jewish citizens of Germany and western Europe were made to wear yellow stars on their outer clothing to mark them as Jews. Nobody is asking anyone to wear anything. If you are here legally, you will have the necessary documentation, and if you are here illegally, you won't at which time we will provide transportation to the ILLEGALS home country.

I'm with you, eeevil. ANYONE who waved the Mexican flag should not be entitled to ANY form if citizenship. It's NOT an entitlement. And I believe in border security because if you don't do that, the terrorists are too prevalent in this world. Don't forget these protests were organized by LEFT-wing radical groups like ANSWER. They DON'T speak for most immigrants.

"Man, have I been missing something? My practitioners apparently believe in making their patients go "cold turkey"."
Can't explain that.
Having a family history, which I'll spare all of you, went for my colonoscopy at 50 as we should.
It was nothing. Less than a dentist visit. You go to sleep, finish your nap and wake up. No pain, no soreness, note even I was the slightest bit tired.
Even had a serious case of the giggles from the anesthesia although a lot of people get teary.
I have more aggrevation going to the hairdresser.
Having spent most of my life dieting, doing without eating the day before was no big deal to me either.
So if you are hesitating, go! You can probably skip a stinky meeting at work for it!

I was taught by liberals and I hear the same sort of crap emanating from the right. Dress it up and it's still emotionalism. Hide behind the artificial law. Slavery was once legal, that did not make it right.

I think you attribute a level of sophistication to them that is unwarranted. I don't think they see it that way. Hell I can't get educated, intelligent adults to look above the horizon, let alone uneducated Mexicans.

You are suggesting we keep them at a slave wage unable to improve their lot in life. That's why they are leaving Mexico.

Observation... not aimed at you.
Many feel that the law restricts freedom when it's just the opposite. If I could speed around without regard to my fellow humans and even hit a couple... no big deal.
There is freedom under the law and injustice has to be dealt with at it's source... no matter how hard. I know some deserving people in Darfur who know the real meaning of suffering... in China and North Korea as well, who I would love to see get out of their hellholes. I don't think it's justice for one country (because it's close), to take advantage of us when people from all over the world want to come here.

I understand you point. But are you saying that I should not wave my Irish flag on St. Patrick's day? BTW, it's a religious holiday and I am pretty pissed that most Americans think it's an excuse to go out and drink and act stupid. But because I believe in free speech, I don't blast people for it. Because I believe in my heart that people mean no malice when they denigrate St. Patrick.

Where in the Hell did you get that idea? They come they learn they move up, that's the American way. My grand dad had a third grade education, my father graduated from high school I went to college, my kid could go to med school.

Liberals rely on legalism's, I submit to a higher power, Natural Law.
Liberals rely on redefining the law even though it is already defined. As an individual, you can submit to a higher power, but as an American, every person in this country has to submit to the rule of law. Law states that if you enter illegally, you have committed a crime. If you don't like it, change the law, but don't ignore the law.
Here is the sad reality. We ignored our own immigration laws for years. We made it known that we would not enforce our laws. People took advantage of that and crossed the border. They are here. Nobody is going to succeed in rounding them up. But we can fix the problem. We can start to control the flow of people who wish to come to this country. We can make the process easier to become an American. We can stop treating people who broke our laws better than we treat our own citizens. And we have the DUTY to know who is coming here. If we do not control the border first before discussing what to do about the people who are already here, we should just open our border because that is what it will become, an open border.
