Please mark your calendars to be in Washington, D.C. on Sunday, April 23, 2006 for a rally calling on the federal government to secure our borders, enforce our immigration laws and to not give amnesty to illegal aliens.
A formal announcement will be coming soon after a few details are worked out. Time is short, so I wanted to give everyone a heads up that something is in the works.
Please note, this will not be a rally for those who hate immigrants. This will be a rally for those who love America and want to preserve it for all Americans and legal immigrants.

Thanks.
I hope our side can get something together.
I know it takes some money and some effort.
I can put fourth some effort and some money, but not enough of either to get it done.
We all need to pitch in and out-organize the illegals.
I will be ashamed if we can't.
What do you need me to do?
I'll send a check for $100 wherever you say to send it to.
Anything else I can do from here?
I'll come and try to bring some people with me.
Thank you. Let's get the freepathon done before anything. I don't expect to outnumber the illegal alien crowds. I'll be happy with a respectable showing.
Thank you for doing this Rally.
Yesterday here in San Diego we had over 50,000 Mexicans
and their supporters out for march & rally.
I was one of the counter rally folks and we need more people out there supporting our message.
Thanks again Kristinn.
I'm hoping our side turns out. Calls and faxes are good, but sometimes we need to show up. This is one of those times.
Thanks for all you and the other DC FReepers do!
Living in Chula Vista, CA, I am pretty sure I won't be able to make it (unless some last minute work trip to DC allows for it), but hoping you all have a great turnout.
I am frosted that I have to prove my residence so my son can attend the school for which we pay taxes...when there are hundreds with fake residences who reap the benefits of US public school education though they really live south of the border.
I was, however, at Mexico Opening Day at Petco. The ballpark was about half full. What burned me (well, everything about this whole damn issue burns me) was the playing of the National Anthem of Mexico BEFORE the US National Anthem.

The owner of our Padres is a big Dem.
When Petco opened, Jimmuh Carter was threw out the honorary first pitch. I stayed seated while those around stood and showed "respect". The guy in the seat next to me screamed (to Carter): "LOSER!!!!"
was threw=threw
was threw=threw
This is a great idea.
I hope you can get support from many groups to generate a large turnout!
