It's actually not as bad as it sounds. I had to start using creamed horseradish because my pulverizer broke. I mix about 1/3 t. horseradish cream with 3 t. of fresh lemon juice, into about a half glass of water; stir, drink. Should do this 3x a day but I don't usually get that many of them down. It really does help.

WOW! That's great info. Now that you mention it, I remember hearing something about how good grape seed extract was, but couldn't remember what it was good for. Thanks for the link. I'd like to try this. I really hate getting sick and not being able to sing. It's like telling an addict he has to go "cold turkey" - AAARRRRgh! I hate missing a day of singing. It's not that I'm a great singer, it's just what I do.

The darn things are expensive though. They didn't used to be when I first started with them....it's difficult to justify with our finances, (living in CA carries a $ tag) but I do know they WORK if you are consistent about supplementing your diet, daily.

I think it will be more like December instead of June, but thanks in advance. I've been working like a demon the past week or so and am about ready to submit 2 chapters. If I can get some more interviews, this thing may actually get done!

I am so glad to hear about your pneumovac -- I had never heard of it before and was wondering if anyone I know of had. I really trust my doctor but his hands are somewhat tied since I don't have health insurance and can't afford some of the things he would otherwise point me toward. It's encouraging to read your post.

What do you work on, boats or cars? I know you have a speed boat fetish that you probably haven't exorcised yet.

They've done studies with Firefighters, too; because of the properies in the grape seed extract that increases the capacity for oxygen...the old guys that took this were able to hold their breaths longer than the younger ones!

Please let me know if you depart for the East Coast.
I'm doing okay now -- in addition to the infection, the pollens have been killer the last few days. Sudafed has helped (and I lost ten lbs. since I started taking it LOL).
