Just breaking - explosion in a coffee shop in downtown Toronto, Canada.
Reporter just talked about some sort of explosives strapped to a guy and explosion occured in a busy district of the city.

But they aren't able to identify him yet. That area still needs some work.
A number of possibilities but my best guess is to arm the bomb or, to assemble and arm the bomb before proceeding to what I understand from this thread to be the busiest subway station in Toronto which was just a few steps from the Tim Hortons.

that most people don't commit suicide by carrying a can of gasoline into a mens room at an eatery. that's what we know.
Happened to notice the Police Chief's is Blair. Hate to think it, but still think this was directed at Brits. Security in England is soooo tight and they know a lot of dudes...but Canada..it's different and the Muslims have made many, many ridiculous gains in Canada.
Like the lone gunman in LAX a couple of years ago..
