Just breaking - explosion in a coffee shop in downtown Toronto, Canada.

Reporter just talked about some sort of explosives strapped to a guy and explosion occured in a busy district of the city.

That was my very thought. A very "nuanced" boming if that was what it was.I saw Tim Horton play and he'd kill someone for damaging his coffee shop.

That's what it sounds like; and perhaps the detonator was only triggered by accident. That is, maybe he was in the men's room because even a terrorist probably feels the call of nature, wishing to be fully comfortable as he goes off to meet his virgins (or maybe he was doing something odd like shaving off all his body hair in the men's room).

In any case, I would doubt that the Tim Horton's (sort of like a Krispy Kreme in the US, I imagine) was the real target of this.

Interesting that the media calls them "insurgents" when they agree with them, and calls them "death squads", as they did in the 80's when they disagreed.

Sort of like during the Elian Gonzalas days, they repeatedly denigrated the Cubans in Fla as "mobs".

And yet with every other protest they are kindly shown to be just plain old "protesters".

Four bombing suspects identified

That's the way I read it.

Sounds like there was no victim here. A homicide bomber became a suicide bomber by mistake. Homicide/Suicide, it doesn't matter - no virgins await.
