Three branches of government: Executive, Legislative, Judiciary
Federal separation of powers on global, national, state, city levels
President of the World elected every 4 years
2 Senators elected from every country
Representatives elected from each country according to population
Bill of Rights just like in the U.S. Constitution

We can barely afford to "support" America. Besides, what makes me think that Iranian Mullahs or Saudi Royalty wouldn't...um..."support" it.

No - imagine Luxembourg sends as many senators as the US... but then, the US sends as many senators as China and India.

No, I can't imagine a more horrifying plan.
Let's see, with 6 billion plus in China, billions in India, etc, etc, and 300 million in the US, this should work out great.
