Democrats also do not set a deadline for when all of the 132,000 American troops now in Iraq should be withdrawn.Isn't that too bad for the al-Qaida constituency. I thought for sure they wanted deadlines.

"tough and smart, strong and smart." They can say it all they want, but because of who they are, it's just not believable.
To: Valin
If the rat thinks saying they will: surrender in Iraq, stop wire taping terrorists, give rights to terrorists prisoners and find UBL will make the nation want to put them in charge they really are dumber than they look.

You're exactly right, dems always seem to use the word "smart" when they refer to themselves (limo liberal arrogance). I remember how often Kerry & Co used that word in 04, to no avail. This reminds me of the Wendy's ad back in the early 80's, "WHERE'S THE BEEF?"

Idiots.

Bush's job approval ratings are in the mid- to high-30s, and Democrats consistently have about a 10 percentage point lead over Republicans when people are asked who they want to see in control of Congress.
crAP polls. dream on.

The democrats have already had the chance to capture Bin Laden. Clinton was offerred him THREE TIMES by Sudan!!
Clinton refused to accept him, he was sent to Afghanistan--where he put together the mess that President Bush is now left to clean up!
WHY DOESN'T THE MEDIA REMIND EVERYONE OF THIS?? (rhetorical question)

Democrats now do national security? Before or after they hold a rally? These folks are lost in the weeds. But is good for a laugher.

The statement lacks specific details of a plan to capture bin Laden, the al-Qaida chief who has evaded U.S. forces in the more than four years since the Sept. 11, 2001, terrorist attacks. But Democrats suggest they will double the number of special forces and add more spies to increase the chances of finding al-Qaida's elusive leader. Democrats also do not set a deadline for when all of the 132,000 American troops now in Iraq should be withdrawn. Cue John F'n Kerry and his "I have a plan" speech.

They are also using the Robert F. Kennedy phrase "we can do it better".
To: Valin
I don't even have to read it..
"We're smart, Bush is stupid. Don't pay attention to our opposition to protecting the country and our desire for open borders, and our lust for failure, death of American troops, retreat and fear of conflict, reliance on French goodwill and the approval of the UN (Useless Nations). We will do a better job than the other guys. We will catch the tallest man in Afghanistan because when he sees that Harry Reid and Nancy Pelosi are in charge and ready to write a few strongly worded letters, he'll just surrender. He will because we're smarter.
Anyway we believe Karl Rove has Osama hidden under the White House playing video games and waiting until October to announce his capture" Blah, blah, blah..
When do they think the American people will trust them? Before or after their censure votes and impeachment trials?

They will never understand that capturing Bin Laden will do little in the way of preventing Jihad on the West. Yet, they hold on to this notion as if it is the Holy Grail....
They are clueless; this is not a police operation....we are war!
Perhaps, I humbly suggest, their very first step might be to acknowledge they we are at war to begin with....
