"Sabastyan Stivers and 9-year-old Gabrayell Stivers..." "Phonics been berry, berry good to me."
LMFAO....!!!!!!!!!! OMG, you're so right. I didn't catch that on a 'quick scan' of the piece. TOOOOOOOO funny!!!!!!!
Yet, no mention of their other daughter, Whoretents???
Dang.....guess that explains the 'wrong turn' they took; bet ol' dad takes a lot of 'em.

Are you sure they're alive? The last time the media told us they found people alive, turns out they were all dead but one.

I spell my name phonetically, rather than the traditional spelling of my name. Mostly because I got sick and tired of being mistaken with every other girl in school who had the same name. Not that big of a deal.

If it were my family the man in your dialogue would be saying, "You'd think I drive for a living or something."

It was the mother and father. Grandparents and children still in the woods. The search and rescue is being coordinated in my tiny town. So far Jackson and Josephine county have sent help. (We're in Douglas) Helicopters and low flying planes too. We have snow predicted for today, but so far so good. Wow. I can't believe they got out of the mountains.

Now that you mention it, I wonder if he's standing in a hole, maybe two feet deep.
Either that, or the pic's a Photoshop job.

(Just my opinion, of course. Your mileage may vary.)

Nope. 35 foot motorhome. Why anyone would try these roads in a motorhome in winter is beyond me. They scare me in the summer!

Story is they wanted to get away from neighbors who were harassing them. (On Nancy Grace). Those neighbors should be ashamed of themselves, making fun of how the Stivers spell!

I used to work with a woman with two sons - there was Dontay (pronounced Dante) and Antwan (pronounced Antoine).

We drove over the road they got stuck on in the summer. Not in a motor home, either. Very scarey and dangerous road.

I don't understand HOW from Ashland, going to the coast they ended up HERE. All the rescue vehicles seem to be going in the direction of Rattlesnake Road. Some are still congregated at the store with the press.

I thought they went up Bear Mtn Road from Galice, that winds up around Agness.
