Well, well. This document is dated 28 February 2003, I'm guessing from the "28/2" at the end? Sounds like Saddam and the Saddamites were already preparing in case we did invade.
Thank you again for your work translating these documents!

I know I shouldn't laugh, because this is deadly serious, this is what's going on in Iraq right now, but:
C. The Camels
Will be provided by the Directory of General Military Intelligence.
On another note, why in the heck did Negroponte delay this info saying it was only historical info, not pertaining to current situation? What's he hiding?
I swear I hate poli appointees and the politicians.

Good job,....I don't recall hearing much about suicide camels blowing up,.....maybe I just missed that news item.

Kay was right.........
David Kay: "It was absolutely prudent to go to war. The system was collapsing, Iraq was a country with desire to develop WMDs, and it was attracting terrorists like flies to honey."

Thunder Run: The Armored Strike to Capture Baghdad by Mark Bowden and David Zucchino
Zuccino provides several accounts of attacks by the feedaeyeen as the 2nd Brigade, 3rd Infantry Division, drove into Baghdad. He speculates that some of them were using drugs and they were suicidal in their attacks.
BTW, Thunder Run is a fantastic book and a "must read".

Question: Is anyone in the MSM giving any credence to these documents?
