I have no doubt that the woman is real, but the top photo of her looks 'suspended'. Seems to have been patched onto the other for comparison, perhaps.She doesn't look 'in place' there.
Giveaway- look at the shadows on the left. They are going from left to right under the woman's chair. The giantess' shadow should be the same. It isn't.

As well as multiple congenital anomalies. This poor woman is doomed to a very short, uncomfortable life. She is to be pitied and prayed for. In her case, perhaps we should choose an adjective other than "short"...
