Love your show, Mark, when I get to listen to it. Don't let the bozos on FR get you down. We've got them outnumbered--they just make up the difference in volume.

Without even having to get involved in a bidding war, some US based terminal operator is going to own the leases that DP World is giving up. Keep an eye on SSA where Patty Murray's husband is employed. SSA stands to reap big rewards in this deal.

I'm still trying (for the life of me) to figure out why Abizaid would come out for or opposed...seems to compromise his leadership abilitiy in the field.Seems to me Gen Abizaid has spent too much time learning from Weasely Clark, instead of H. Norman Schwarzkopf or even Tommy Franks.

After careful thought, I'll continue to opt for the facts and the truth, over lies and obfuscation. So you are going to put that advice to use concerning your own posts.
Good.

It's YOUR "plan"; not mine. I want NO part of a damned flame war with you; however, that's all you want from me.

Take your complaint to the Americans who let them board the planes.
Those Americans followed the laws as they were written and let them board...so my complaint is with those who wrote those laws. By putting such things as a "passenger bill of rights" ahead of basic security needs...we get 911.

---Yes, you know, a nut,---
You're calling me a nurt because I repeated one word off your audio? You don't know what I was going to say about it, but you call me certifiable and a nut?
Looks like I had your number to begin with.
Correct me if I'm wrong here, but you repeated something the General said and then repeated "mudballs" twice, and then you came here after bayourant for lying about what you said because he said you called the General a "dirtbag". You obviously didn't, but it's clear how someone might remember it that way. Mudball. Dirtbag. Dirtbag. Mudball.

Well, I've had Custom officials call my show who say otherwise, that it most certainly is not functionary. But how many more times do you want to go down this road? The people spoke through their representatives. It is OVER, DONE, BURNED TOAST ...

Forbes | Matthew Swibel, 04.19.04 | Excerpt: Hours after the Emirates Airbus jet landed at Dubai International Airport on Oct. 20, a U.S. special agent there tracked down the spark gaps to the airline's cargo shed, contacted its director of security and demanded to inspect the box. The response? Not a chance, according to the U.A.E.'s director of customs.
How does Swibel know this to be true?

Thank you very much for your hard work...I know it must have been tough.
You went to a lot of trouble...and I appreciate what you did.
I am sure that if bayourant was still around, he might not thank you....but, he should apologize to Mark.

Remember, the planes coming in from foreign countries allowed all their passengers to come on board. There are no Americans in charge in those places.
(Of note: the terrorists used Ameican planes taking off from American airports so the planes will still have full loads of fuel when they crashed into the targets).
(Of note, many of us hold the terrorists accountable for what the terrorists did. Death to terrorists and their running dog lackeys.)

bayourant slandered (libeled? I am not a lawyer, only play one on TV) Slander refers to spoken word ("S"lander - "S"poken)
Libel is the written stuff. But if you really want to be cool, use the generic term, "Defamed."
