Well, I've had Custom officials call my show who say otherwise, that it most certainly is not functionary.I've talked to a number of border customs agents, and they would say it is the government's responsibilty to secure the borders of this country. Customs officials are government officials.

He plans on doing it tomorrow...
The Censure is over Bush's NSA wiretapping program.
