well if that is true.. they still could've killed the deal in 45 days right? weather it was moving forward or not?
I honestly don't know- that is why I am asking...
I agree about communicating better if this is true... but I just don't trust these people anymore...
Yes, it saves us from watching these creep-filled shows.
ROFLLLLLL!!!!!
Thanks for the feedback.
I take this as a literal declaration of war. The left has gotten themselves worked up into a frenzy. The rhetoric surrounding the "grand march on the White House" to storm the building and arrest George Bush for crimes against humanity scheduled for this week is getting way out of hand.
Things haven't felt like this, to me, since the madness that started in the summer of 1968.
So true, Rod. It's too late when they get here anyway. I remember reading that they don't have to inspect as many here because they are inspected BEFORE they leave the port of diembarkation. I know Dubai was one of the 1st to agree to participate in the container security initiative.
A little more info on port security and China's involvement.

Forget Dubai-based DP World poised to run commercial operations in six leading American ports, its the players in the chess game called Port Security that Congress members should be losing the most sleep over.
While its true that port security falls under the jurisdiction of Coast Guard and U.S. customs officials, agents of both entities will need a program just to recognize all the players.
Port Security International (PSI) is an international partners network composed of an array of financial, strategic, technological and in-country port industry related companies.
PSI has an alliance with the China-based Nuctech, a company that "possesses the largest manufacture base of Linear Accelerator X-ray inspection machines to inspect containers at ports in the world." (www.secureports.com/partner.htm).
Boasts PSI of partner Nuctech: "As a result of its valuable contribution in the security inspection application, Nuctech has earned its indisputable reputation within the cargo inspection industry."
Chief Executive Officer of the 700-employee strong Nuctech is Hu Haifeng. Thats Hu Haifeng, the son of current China President Hu Jintao. It should surprise no one that Hu Haifeng is landing lucrative contracts in China.
At a 2005 meeting on port security in Dubai, Nuctech said that they hope to expand their foothold in the mid-east. (www.ameinfo.com/58032.html).
Airport, Port & Terminal Security 2006 will be held from April 3-4 at the Grand Hyatt Dubai.
"PSI has a strategic alliance with Stonebridge International LLC, a global business strategy firm based in Washington, DC that helps U.S. and multinational companies shape and execute strategies to solve problems and seize business opportunities worldwide." (Security Ports International 2004).

I believe he does have a much better attendance record than Rush, but Rush is much more worth a listen to. Also, he worked very hard during the election last year. That might be part of the problem, he's burnt out. He's also gone tabloid.
Albore is politically dead. The speech in Saudi killed any political future he may of thought he had. NO ONE is ever going to let that one go. His Primary foes will bury him with it.
Thank you ...I did just that on your advice.
He didn't recognize me without my makeup.
;-)
...And what better way to say "I love you" than with a spatula? Spatula City!
You only have to try to drive on Route 81 in Pa to know the State is corrupt, especially it's DOT. Everyone in the State knows it, and even a really poor State like WVa has better roads with less money. Somehow all the Money that Pa allots to Infrastructure never improves the roads, and I do not think I ever traveled those roads without having to go through hundreds of miles of bad road and detours. They put up a front of rebuilding, but nothing ever gets improved. Imagine that...
For that matter I get Arianna Huffington and Zsa Zsa Gabor confused too.
He's chairman of the oversight committee, I think.
Well then....... I expect an honarable mention. It will look good on my resume as a Hildabeast campaign worker.
;-)
Hannity is our Carville.
I understand your point, but if we don't stand up and scream bloody murder every time these psycho's try this crap then we let it stand and it becomes part of the "conventional wisdom."
Just because they're being stupid doesn't mean we have to be passive (and I think stupid, as well).
We must point at them and yell "you traitorous bastard!" every time they pull this crap.
