The raucous reception by some members of Germany's 2.5 million-strong Turkish community to "Valley of the Wolves," a movie depicting crazed U.S. troops in Iraq massacring a wedding party and a Jewish doctor removing organs from prisoners, has German politicians worried – so worried, Bavaria's interior minister sent intelligence service agents to theaters showing the film to "gauge" audience reaction and identify potential radicals.

All Freepers need to do everything we can to see to it that Gary Busey and Billy Zane cannot get another role in an American film as long as they live.

Billy Zane has 'godlike' status in Hollywierd. Go figure...

They won't see a dime of this guy's cash.

There's just no plausible excuse for them appearing in a movie with this curruptive a plot.

Ahlin Sahdin, the film's distributor in Germany, sees the conflict in broader terms: "When a cartoonist insults two billion Muslims it is considered freedom of opinion, but when an action film takes on the Americans it is considered demagoguery. Something is wrong

I have to agree. The problem is not the film. The problem is the animals that will us any excuse to act uncivilized.

.....with cries of 'Allah is great'

Every day it's the same stupid sh/t (usually accompanied by fist-shaking) -- "Allah is great" ......"death to Israel" ....."death to America." Pathetic creatures.

You said, "Actually what they are yelling is 'God is greater'."

Where did you get that? I was wondering, because I had heard that they are actually yelling "Allah is greater". And as far as I know, they are not saying literally "God" -- but rather -- the *NAME* of their god -- which is Allah.

So, the way to see this comment is that they are actually saying (in terms of its meaning) -- "Our god, who is named Allah, is greater than your god, and all other gods."

That's a long way of saying it, but -- as I understand -- this is the general meaning of it.

Let me know where you found out your information. I'm just curious about that.

Thanks,
Star Traveler

We need to realize that NO Muslim nation is on our side, no matter what their politicians tell us. The Turks are bastards, and this film and the response to it tells us all we need to know.

To Jews and Americans, burn it in your eyes. Turkey is no ally nor strategic partner of Israel nor US. Nazism and anti-semitism is strengthening in Turkey. Israel and US will need Kurdistan as a new partner in Middle East.

Well, Gary Busey has also appeared in Christian films depicting the "end times" scenario (of the Tribulation).

In that sense, i don't know if he is different than any other actor and simply doing a job -- of "acting". As far as I can see, people in this country work in jobs no matter what the morality of the company, president of the company, owner of the company or policies of the company -- or religious views of the company. So, I don't know if this "acting" is any different, really -- than most Americans do on their own jobs every day.

Hmmm...now would he say something is wrong when Americans and Jews don't take to the streets killing people and burning buildings in protest as compared to Muslims? Somehow I don't think so.

Well, I don't know who Billy Zane is, nor do I wish to. But apparently Gary Busey already can't - that's why he's in this Turkish Film.

And the sad part is I like Gary Busey. Off course I wouldn't want him as my: Son In Law, Next door neighbor, Designated driver, Hunting partner.....

Hmm, wait a sec.....

"Wolves" director Akar employed Soner Yalcin, a journalist who has popularized the Islamist notion that many of Turkey's leaders are descended from Jews, as an adviser on the film.

Interesting.  By association, this may be not only an attack against Americans and Jews, but an attack against Turkey's secular government.  Wonder what Soner Yalcin and his Islamist cronies have to say about Mustafa Kemal Ataturk?
