When Blooming-idiot brings charges against Iris Weinshall for the ferry disaster that left eleven people dead and hundreds wounded, then he'll be taken seriously.

Till then, he's just an old liberal swisher.

Politicians are much more dangerous than guns, and we can't sue them.

Should be able to sue the City of New York if criminals use municipal services, such as subway, streets and pavements.

By providing means of escape only promote crime. ;-)

Giuliani supports suing gun manufacturers if guns are used in a crime? Are you sure of that? Or is it he supports suing them if specific laws are violated?

Well, I want to be able to walk into Sears or Home Depot, plunk down a few hundred bucks and walk out with a suppressed full auto M16, with no background check, no tax stamp and no LEO approval...but that won't happen because it is against the law. And so is what Blooming Idiot wants to do. Why can't he stick a few turkish towels down his throat and shut his pie hole?

Over the years I wonder how many plaintiffs have lined up at the home of Louisville Sluggers?
