Hi! My FReepername is LizardLover228 and I am the son of StarCMC! First, I want to tell everyone in the military to keep on doing good even when it is tough. Thank you for fighting for us!
Today I want to talk about riding motorcycles in the woods. This is one of my hobbies. I have learned a lot from my dad.
One of my biggest tips is to always stand up in the jumps and in hill bottoms. This lowers your center of gravity and make the bike more stable. This is me and my motorcycle, a Honda 2002 80cc 4-stroke.
Here are some links to some cool motorcycle racing sites:
My favorite motorcycle rider is James "Bubba" Stewart. He is really fast and good. He rides in AMA Supercross and AMA Motocross races.
I hope you have enjoyed my thread today. If you have any riding tips I would love to hear about them. |

My favorite line from a Muppets movie:
Kermit the Frog:
"Whew!! If frogs couldn't jump I'd be gone with the Schwinn!"

This was my least favorite bike; a 1980 Honda CB750F Supersport.
It was Fast, good looking and handled well. However, it had an "I'm going to explode any moment" vibration that would translate into an electric buzz in the bars and pegs that would put your hands & feet to sleep. The steering geometry was such that you couldn't keep it in a straight line. It was so nervous & twitchy any movement on the bars, no matter how slight, caused you to dart to a different line. At highway speeds it had a lean surge that was particularly annoying. I had no end of electrical problems, mostly loose connections caused by the vibration.
I grew to genuinely hate that bike.

Honda sold a bunch of 750's. I had an '81 Suzuki GS1100EX and I rode it for 10 years ~ that was one fine bullet proof bike, it's only problem was, I wore out many rear tires. It had no quirks, it handled great, stopped and went like stink ~ it was the best (for its time) most trouble free street bike I ever owned.
The SV650 I have now is more fun to fun to ride, it handles better, stops better and is almost as quick.
