WOW!!! Did anybody out there see "Hard Ball" just now? Paul Hackett just did a HUGE body slam against Sherrod Brown by accusing his campaign of running a smear campaign against him by showing around photos of Hackett supposedly committing war crimes. If you missed it, you can see it on the repeat later this evening. The transcript and (hopefully) video should be online in a couple of days.
This was a POWERFUL accusation. Oh, and thank you, Paul Hackett, for just now sinking Sherrod Brown's senatorial campaign. Glad to see you took down a fellow Democrat!

Hackett's revenge?
Now Sherrod Brown has to run against DeWine AND Paul Hackett's accusations! Thanx for ensuring that the Ohio senate seat remains in Republican hands, Paul. As a fringe benefit, perhaps Sherrod Browns current congressional seat will go GOP.
If there's any question as to whether news of this interview reaches enough voters, it would provide some nice material for Republican campaign ads.

I was watching too. As much as I'd like to choke Matthews for not knowing how to shut his pie hole, it's an addictive program.
For my money MSNBC is the best of the three cable news channels.

Hackett is a loon.....I'd just as soon see him stay on that side....and act like a punji stick.
Really the only stuff I watch is Imus and Hardball if I think about when it's on, but I rarely watch anything on the other two networks. TCM, C-SPAN or where ever Seinfeld is on. I know, I need to get a life.
That'll work too. Who knows, Hackett could be the next John Murtha
