Libyans protesting the Prophet Muhammad cartoons set fire to the Italian consulate in Benghazi on Friday in a riot that killed at least 10 people, an Italian diplomat said.
Libyan security officials said 11 people were killed or wounded during the six-hour riot when police firing bullets and tear gas tried to contain more than 1,000 demonstrators hurling rocks and bottles. The casualties included police officers, but the officials declined to say how many people had died.
Italian diplomat Domenico Bellantone said between 10 and 11 people had died, and all were Libyan _ either police or protesters. He spoke after the Libyan interior minister had briefed the Italian ambassador to Tripoli on the riot.

On 9/11, once it had been determined what the F#%^ had happened, large screen TV's were rolled into the company cafeteria so that employees could catch up on the news of the day.

After viewing the second hit, live, on my desktop, I worked my way down to the cafe to get the bigger picture from the MSM.
I was seated in the middle of an ever-growing crowd of un-believing employees when the second hit was replayed, yet again.
To my left, two temps jumped to their feet, clapping, cheering, hugging each other.
Joyfully.
They were led away by your's truly and a small group of electricians and pipe fitters to HR. The company called the job service and told them to come pick them up because their safety could not be guaranteed.
As far as I know, they're still working here, in Minnesota.
There's no law against clapping.

Uhhhhh, I truly expect that there will be an invasion, and I am ready for it.........Our Government does have to have some delicate handling of the situation though.
