Wow, well we'll keep you folks in our thoughts and prayers.
We could sure use some rain. There's a wildfire in progress up in the Arbuckles Mountains. The front has just past here and the winds are really whipping up.

Did I ever tell you that I'm lazy Hi Luv....I don't believe a word of it! Hey if everyone cooked & no one went out to eat just think of the all restaurants that would close down! All those poor people who would loose their jobs! Why come to think of it....your doing a fantastic job promoting the stabilization of the dining industry!:)

Oh man! Let me know if you ever want to roadtrip to San Diego - I'll take you to the Pacific Fish Market, where I can buy just about anything. And it's cheap. Or even better - you might try any local Asian market - they generally have a large variety of fresh fish in stock here, and I think they would in AZ too. But I know about the prices. I used to HATE fish, because I always had it in Colorado. That is NOT fresh fish, and it doesn't taste anything like it's supposed to! :)
Oh, and it goes both by Ono or Wahoo. :) It's a very pale firm flesh fish. My favorite way to prep it is in parchment paper with lemons and oranges and just steam it up in the oven. :)
