Tastes like you have been cooking all day.

Dump the cans, rub some flour on your face and fool them all.

Tortellini Soup
2 cloves of crushed garlic
1 tbs of margarine
2 cans 13 oz chicken or beef broth
8 ounces of fresh or frozen tortellini. ( the dry does not work well)
1 15 oz can chopped spinach undrained
1 14 oz can stewed Italian stewed tomatoes.
Grated Parmesan.

In a large sauce pan over medium heat cook the garlic for 3 minutes.
Add broth and tortellini bring to a boil and then turn back to simmer.
Add spinach, tomatoes and simmer about 5 minutes more.
Pass as much parmesan to make you happy.

You can easily make this go vegan by using vegetable stock.

"Hmmm... that sounds interesting! I LOVE peanut butter fudge!"

Its called "easy/no rules" because its almost impossible to screw up.

For a lil richer fudge, add a lil more butter.

Sweeter, add more powdered sugar, and less flour.

I would start with aprox. 2/3 powdered sugar, 1/3 flour, adjust to your tastes.

As long as you add the dry type ingredients last, and stir it in until thick like dough, you can't mess up.

Its a fun one for the kids to try with little help, my MOM let us make it when I was about 5...lol
