Shankar Vedantam of the Washington Post believes Republicans are racist down to their very core. White Republicans especially. Now while Vedantam may now have an "Employee of the Month" privilege with the liberal Washington elite and can go to a couple of parties via the back door, one can see the obvious flaws in his piece and his attempts to place another wall between white-and-everyone-else America.

The quality of journalism in the ComPost, with a few noted exceptions (Stephen Hunter for one), is approaching that of your free city weekly.

What's a Shankar Vedantam ?
To: bocopar
You see a stepped up effort to demonize the president and the party by calling us racist every time the dems start preparing for the elections.Wouldn't you think by now this MSM would catch on about people being smarter than to think the same old trick would work this time..It didn't during Gores run or Kerry's run and it won't now..Although both clowns found religion and did their black dances in churches during that time and visited all the black churches they could find..These morons and their MSM friends should try with the truth..

Gosh, we poor ole white boys just ain't never done no nothing right. All we've done is totally transformed the world into a prosperous, productive, healthy, democratic, free and safe place (for those that wish to participate) while the rest of the insane tribal savages continue to kill one another over various perceived insults to their "honor" or "god".
Much of the world is a violent cesspool of poverty, disease and death, but it ain't the white part for the most part.
I'm real bored and tired of all the reverse racism from all the stupid, primitive losers of the world. Guess which part of my butt they can kiss.
The charge of racism is the last resort of the envious scoundrels and lazy incompetent "victims". "Victims of the world unite, kill whitey!"

This paragraph needs to be repeated.
But just who is responsible for the negative image of blacks and minorities, Kanye? I don't see conservatives promoting gangbangers into pop icons. I don't see conservatives condoning out-of-wedlock birth as if blacks are just a bunch of over-breeding monkeys who don't know any better. I don't see conservatives embracing Affirmative Action, as they don't believe blacks are so inherently stupid as to need that extra push. I don't see conservatives promoting welfare and social benefits. I don't see conservatives acting like black people's best friends, while liberal Democrats to this day cover up a past that was racist, murderous, and to this day unacknowledged. Thank you very much, Black "History" Month.
Any additional commentary would detract from Bob's eloquence.

Democrats have no core...they are morally weak hollow jelly fish with squishy necrotic centers..they are greedy predatory pathogen carriers seeking to 'phagotize', engulf and sully all they see..they hate the good and fine and noble.

What's a Shankar Vedantam ? a variant of Herpes Simplex III that is commonly treated with a course of Valtrex?
Expect to see oodles of "studies" on racial bias this year all pointing to the same conclusion as the usual suspects deal their race cards. The Dems are soiling their Dempends over the very real prospect of Black Republicans being elected to governorships and US Senate seats in least 3 key states.
A Black Republican is a powerfully persuasive psychological force, like the testimony of a convert. They have power to sway where all others have failed, and that is one reason we saw such vile racism directed toward Dr. Rice.

Hi Bob
A pleasure to read your material. I have your site book marked. You and I seem to be kindred spirits. I have told many people that affirmative action is a slap in the face to any non-white person who has made it on their own.
Affirmative action says that if you are a minority, you will never, ever, no matter how hard you try, no matter how hard you work, you will never make it in this country on your own. How's that for an insult.
Was Fredrick Douglas given a few more points on his SATs? Did George Washington Carver get in on a quota? Were the Tuskegee Airmen allowed less comprehensive flight exams?
When are minorities going to realize that it's not race, it's culture. If you embrace ignorance, sloth, and debauchery you will be a failure, regardless of what color you are. And while embracing education, hard work and moral rectitude does not guarantee success, it does increase the probability of it.
Thanks for a great read, here's wishing you continued success.
Best Regards
Sergio

Thank you.
I'm sure I'm sometimes a little extreme or provocative and overstate things. But then what's more extreme or as irrational and incomprehensible than Islamic fundamentalism?
It's the antithesis of any logical or pragmatic experience or thinking to me. How can 1.8 billion people be so insane?
I hope I'm a little funny or humorous at least part of the time.
