Just breaking on Sky.
Norwegian TV is about to break their regular programming to follow events.
The Syrian government is perfectly capable of preventing this. It didn't, and therefore it's guilty of an act of war against NATO. Reason enough for NATO to invade Syria and overthrow the government.
Which one of them is The Prophet?
Is there more to the quote? Is there a more thorough explanation in a complete State Department statement?
One of my main problem with bashers on this forum is your haste to believe MSM articles as long as they make Bush look bad.
I'd like the complete statement, because that, alone, doesn't make your point, and is a FAR, FAR cry from their 'siding' with the terrorists.
Sorry, dagnabbit. It still doesn't work.
I don't find many political cartoons 'acceptable' either, but that doesn't mean that I think they should be censored or that I support rioting as a result of their printing.
You have made a huge and indefensible leap from the words on the page to a completely hypothetical and biased conclusion.
Second that, ohio!
I think some of the Steelers fans may have more weapons than just towels, they could get rather angry that their game was disturbed.
Well that's not a very friendly thing to do now is it? I'd advise against bombing Damascus. Isn't it the oldest continuous city (in the Mid-East)?
How much longer must civilization put up with this....I see political correctness as the end of life as we know it.
Islam is the enemy....more so than the Nazi's, Communists et el....why must we continue to pussy foot around with these crazy animals????
.....unless the powers that be are actually.....
Naaaaa....that couldn't be; could it?
If I were in charge of our Foreign Ministry, the Syrian legation here would get an hour to pack its towels, before the skinheads of Oslo - all twenty of 'em - were allowed to ritually sacrifice the Syrian embassy building to Odin.
Now that might be fun.
Have you notice how furious and angry people are at the Muslims. For instant last night when I was out with my friends after a round of texas hold em, that I won by the way, girls outside the bar was shouting fucking Muslims. I am going draw mohammed etc. I did not believe my eyes. There were many muslim guys standing meters away. You know that something is up when girls get worked up like that.
Sounds like the Eurotwits are now seeing that Muslims hate them, too.
Do you even read FR? There's an entire thread on a State Department transcript in which the Bush administration's "unacceptable" description of the cartoon publishing is repeated and repeated in response to detailed questioning.
Go read it yourself - it's on the www.state.gov website press release section.
Bush and co. sided with Islamists on this issue. Deal with it.
Those that haven't already taken away guns from their citizens, that is.......
Uh, they are already in the middle ages, except for political correctness, are they not?
Hey Euro I kinda late today I was out most of the day MAN I saw it on Fox news here in the US I bet Syria Prez not going say jack about protest urging calm
Yes, just as happened in France a few months ago. They are engaged in systematic testing to see how far they can go now, and what they have to work on some more. Every gesture of placation, accommodation, and "respect" will be duly noted as a sign of deterioration of the weakening western culture.
It will be an encouragement for further aggressive demands, threats, and pressure until the whole hollowed out cadaver of western civilization crumples like a rotten pumpkin the week after Hallowe'en.
Unless the leadership of the West awakens smartly, the savages won't need to invent their own nukes, they will inherit ours--and without so much as a skirmish at the door.
If true, it says all that needs to be said about the arabs. "All arabs."
What a bunch of neanderthals.
Not far enough.
Your Video link. People burning a flag with a cross. I suppose they think that's okay, but no poking fun at Mohammed? Curious double standard.
