In a flash of a moment the Knight's control went
And he turned on his heel to face
The most hated of all the Jarl of the wall
The Troll in charge of this place.
Then pulling his sword to attack the abhorred
He motioned the Archer aside
This one he'd take; no duty forsake
He'd never such evil abide.
The Archer was ready her friend to steady
If in a moment he'd miss
Her hand on her blade she silently prayed
For both the knight and the Sorc'ress.
The knight knew the score and now much more
Upon his success was riding
The life of the Wrenn and the safety of the glen
Not to mention the damsels in hiding.
More determined than ever in his endeavor
He swung and fought anew
Till the Jarl in his heft was left out of breath
And the Knight, some blood he drew.
The Jarl dropped his mace and fell on his face
The knight, he knew victory keen!
"Bind him and bring him - we'll deliver him
And take him to Chief Mickeleen."
The Archer again with ropes and chains
Bound the Jarl and rightly
The knight knelt then gently lifting the Wrenn
And carried her, holding tightly.
"Let's find Mistress B - our only hope is she!
The Queen Fairie so divine.
She'll heal our dear friend - 'tis not the end!
Let's move while there's still time!"
