And it's being completely ignored.
One of only 17 Republicans to vote with Charles Rangle, Nancy Pelsoi, Shiela Jackson Lee, Maxine Waters, Henry Waxmanm, etc. on a immigration/terrorism bill.
Is anyone even curious as to why????

You're a smart guy who actually listens to women!I'm smart enough to know there are some things a guy just can't accurately assess. That's when I turn to the experts!

I feel the same way...
Going into today's vote...I figured that there would be a cadre very happy if Blunt won...and a cadre very happy if Shadegg won (I was for Shadegg...but not unshakably)....
BUT, alas...neither did win...so there are a lot of question marks over the heads of the "elite" in Washington...which makes this a GOOD thing...

Boehner better learn real quick that Pence and RSC are DONE
with BIG GOVERNMENT Republicanism.Otherwise he will suffer the same fate as Blunt and Delay.

The deal with McCain is that he does work to stop conservative gains in many critical areas, but he wants the recommendations of "powerful" conservative voices when he runs. He's trying to bridge connections. It's why he "endorsed" Blackwell in Ohio. Blackwell wins Ohio he'll be an influential force in national politics in '08. Though he waited to endorse Blackwell until it was clear he was the first choice.
Endorsing Shadegg doesn't necessarily mean a thing about Shadegg, other than McCain wants more buddies to add to the list of those that "endorse" him to primary voters.
Whereas McCain endorsing Cameron, new leader of Tories in britain, IS an example of McCain trying to push his RINO agenda forward overseas.
