Manslaughter Kennedy just asked "is Alito going to watch out for the worker and the worker's interest?" Geez, Teddy, we thought you knew! That's YOUR job!

Oh yes .. for victimized "expectant mothers and mothers" .. When it comes to killing babies .. it's unidentified "women's privacy issues" .. 'cause, in his mind -- I guess they're NOT expectant mothers... they're a different breed of wimmin .. and they may be voters.

The DU'ers are claiming victory, even if the filibuster fails. They're saying that any filibuster means that the Dems are listening to them. Which is fine with me. The farther left that party's base gets, the happier I am.

Anyone know the count yet on the Filibuster?
Someone posted that a rumor circulating on Capitol Hill is that the Dems only lack 2 votes. Arm-twisting will be going on all day.

Geeez, Ted.
Gestapo like tactics yet.
- Was anyone killed (as in Ruby Ridge)?
- Was anyone gassed, then killed (as in Waco)?
- Was anyone ripped from their freedom-loving kin and returned to a life under communism (as in Elian Gonzalez)?

I understand they don't have enough but they could do an old fashion filibuster.
They could but that would mean standing up for a long period of time blabbering about liberal issues.
It would be the opposite of MR Smith goes to Washington.

The cloture vote is scheduled for 4:30 today, and the full floor vote on the nomination at 11:00am tomorrow.

Leave it to a DUmmie to think that a grain of acknowlegment translates into victory. Just shows what attention craving little narcissists they all are.

If they vote, it will be on cloture. Then it will be the defining moment of an up-or-down on Alito.
