Good Monday morning, fellow Freeper political junkies. One of the more ridiculous episodes of political theater is about to play itself out on the Senate floor, as the John Kerry-led democrats mount an exercise in political futility which will further expose their total irrelevance..So join us today, or drop in on occasion, for the festivities...
I hope he's okay but this could loom large.
Fox just had an alert on it with no further information -- I hope he's going to be okay, I really like him and some really bad people want his senate seat.

The nomination vote is on Tuesday IF 60 Senators agree on cloture this afternoon. 8am in Nevada is 11am in DC, isn't it? I guess he could have just made it in time.

Hillary usually schedules herself so that she is the most important mouth on the 6 o'clock news.
You know on additional reflection there is something really intresting about all of the Daily Stupids, the Dumpsters and the Democrat Senators. They are the phoniest people on earth. Everything they say, everything they do is done NOT out of any genuine feeling or principal, it is all done for show. They are the most affected people I have ever seen. Nothing is real about them, everything is for show. What pathetic losers these people are.
It's awful to say (think), but what was the political party of the drivers in the other vehicles? At this point I don't trust the rats to do or not do anything.

That's not the guts of the gang's agreement. The gang's agreement wasn't on how to vote on a nominee - it was to get to the vote. IOW, they agreed not to abuse cloture.

Not according to the C-Span crawl, but with this gang who knows. Now Span said it would be today. I am confused. Trying to keep up with these guys requires a lot of attention. With any luck Ensign is on his way.
