The Senate meets at noon today, again in Executive Session, for the 3rd day of debate on the nomination of Samuel Alito to SCOTUS. Not sure, what, if anything, will happen today..Will there be a filabuster?..will anyone show up..might be work while checking out the beginning of the session, to get the lay of the land....
The tongue flicking is in high gear.

Why did you get the idea it will happen? You are the one that needs to explain why all 14 including 7 Republicans who are against a filibuster, by definition, not the mention the 7 Dems who said the same thing, would all vote present. These people include DeWine and Graham and Warner and McCain and Byrd and Nelson of NB, etc, ALL OF WHOM SUPPORT ALITO AND OPPOSE A FILIBUSTER. So they stupidly sit there and vote present on cloture? In whose dream world??

Alito is evil, he hates women, men, children, whites, blacks, browns, oompa loompas and fish. he wants to strip search you and everyone you know and will go into your bedroom and force you to have a baby even if your not pregnant. He urinates like an executive (Kerry is too far down the moonbat phone tree to get Unitary Executive) and he wants the president to strip search ten year old warrants and listen in on your calls to the pizza place and get copies of your library books and internet searches.

Yes, what about the gang of 14? Don't they stop the filibuster attempt dead in the tracks? This is certainly not an "unusual circumstance" in any stretch of the word and they all know it.
