You are the one that needs to explain why all 14 including 7 Republicans who are against a filibuster, by definition, not the mention the 7 Dems who said the same thing, would all vote present. These people include DeWine and Graham and Warner and McCain and Byrd and Nelson of NB, etc, ALL OF WHOM SUPPORT ALITO AND OPPOSE A FILIBUSTER. So they stupidly sit there and vote present on cloture?
