So, will Kerry vote against Alito after he's voted for him?
What a total goose!

"Other than voting to send our men and women to war, there is no more important vote in the Senate than our vote on a Supreme Court nominee...."
So does that mean le Jean Kerry will vote against Alito before he votes against him?

QUOTE "We need to act now to prevent Senate Republican leaders from ramming this nomination through the Senate."
So the President's proposal of Judge Alito, followed by the gruesome hearings, the committee vote, debate in Congress and an up-or-down-vote in accordance with all the rules is "ramming"?
The action is pure political grandstanding for the freak show on the far left. This is just contemptible.
Sit down, John. And shut up.

The pictures of Kerry in Davos show him looking very bored while Teresa is enjoying herself with her rich friends.
I think he wants an excuse to bail out of the conference--but he needs to get Theresa's permission before he can leave. :-)

They all want to have their names associated with demanding a filibuster and opposing Alito, even as they all know it won't happen.
That way, when they are up for reelection, they can claim they fought for their left base, when all they did was embarrass themselves.

This was Mr. Mew's take, that Kerry was sucking up to the left. Might help him in the primaries, I suppose, but he just looks like a maroon to the red bits.

frenchie is just sucking up to the scumbags in the left who have bought him. Even he knows there will be no filibuster but he is trying to get on the sheet for being for a filibuster. What a man!

Oh please, Senator Kerry, try to comport yourself with a little more dignity. Having lost the last election, grandstanding in vain hope of another chance at the brass ring just makes you look like a middle-aged guy sucking up his gut when an 18 year-old girl walks by.
It ain't gonna happen, John-boy. Acting like you think it will just makes you look as deluded as, well, as Al Gore.
Now, if you want to provide us all with something worth watching, go bitch slap Hillary or something. I'd watch that.

that didnt stop him from launching what conservatives are calling an international filibuster against Samuel Alito. International filibuster is a great name for what is going on.
Chicken John Kerry, safely hobnobbing and networking, overseas in Davos, called for a filibuster even though he didn't deign to sit in on the debates thus far. He'll deny his colleagues in the Senate the right to vote after they showed they cared enough to listen to debates by their Senators.
Kerry can't even take heat
Thus..he won't park his butt in his seat
In the great US Senate.
He's an absentee tenant.
Bay Staters should vote his defeat.
