Now remember, you need to buy 5 to get 3 because slaves are hard to handle in other than whole numbers.
I must admit, I find it hard to believe there are sentient beings in human bodies capable of believing there is a sunset provision tied to outlawing slavery.

I left them a comment:
I fully support the resignation of John F. Kerry from the United States Senate.
Senator Kerry's holding office does not serve the best interests of our nation; it serves to appease nothing but his extreme ego. His election was an incredible mistake for America, and only a fleeting moment of lucidity on Senator Kerry's part may put a stop to it.
I think it's time that the American people confirmed once and for all that John F. Kerry has no place in any political office in the land. This is a critical fight for the future of our country. That's why I've taken the time to sign this petition. And I hope that's why John F. Kerry will step up to the plate and do the right thing for America: announce his resignation from the Senate of the United States.

Unfortunately, it will only make him more of a hero to the barking moonbats.
We have had to deal with one of them as a client the past week. Among all the usual comments that are just the banal talking points of the Deanie contingent was this exchange:
BMB: I am afraid we will have civil war.
Mr RL: Yes, so am I.
BMB: Do you think the Republicans are afraid we will revolt?
Mr RL: No.
BMB: But why not?
Mr RL: You are against guns. We are armed and trained. There are more of us and we have the military on our side.
BMB: I am afaid there will be a civil war.
This person is new to our area and her name has been circulated to a variety of professionals for inclusion on the fecal roster.

HOW 'BOUT THIS IDEA...Since, according to the Dems, Pres Bush really wasn't elected the 1st time, HE CAN RUN AGAIN IN '08 !!!
The Constitution says a President can be "elected" only twice.

Kerry may be close to spineless, but I don't know if he's a "Commie." Well the Communist Vietnamese do honor Kerry in their Communist museum. So Kerry is either a commie or a 'useful idiot' as Stalin would call them.
Kerry can pretend he was doing important things in Davos, but
this is what his platonic friend, Alexandra Polier (the "intern") said about Davos (where she met Kerry almost exactly 5 years ago.)
I met John Kerry for the first time in January 2001, in Davos, Switzerland... Although it presents itself as a serious policy machine, Davoss real point is, of course, networking,
Memo to SNOB Kerry What makes you think you're so great? You didn't attend the debate. Yet you'll boss around others (Senate sisters and brothers) You tell them their vote has to wait. |
Won't you come home, John Kerry? Kerry avoids Senate duties (Afraid he'll catch Democrat cooties?) He knows he's elected But instead he's selected To put on his Swiss-made ski booties. |

Head on over and let the Junior nincompoop from Massachusetts know how you feel. I can't seem to find a link where you can read the signatures of the other signers. Often these "signatures' are quite entertaining!

Amanda B. Reckonwitz, here. I expressed my outrage that Bush would even attempt to deny liberals their five-vote SCOTUS superlegislature. After all, who knows better what is good for America--five cloistered liberal SCOTUS justices or 300,000,000 Americans speaking through their duly elected legislatures? Putting Alito on the bench would have the effect of returning vital political and policy decisionmaking to the people as intended under the Constitution. Liberalism cannot thrive in such an environment.
