Finally, something that I can agree with. Alito needs to filibustered because he is an extremist that will BRING BACK SLAVERY. He must be stopped at all costs!!

(tee, hee, hee, of course the Republicans will nuke the filibuster, thus clearing the decks for 3 years of unstoppable Bush appointments to the federal bench - so let's help out this Senator in need)

To: msnimje
Well, that seals it. There will be no filibuster of Alito, because if there were, it would not be headed up by John Kerry. Other DemocRATs dont' want him to get credit for blocking Alito, given that Kerry is going to run in '08.

I pulled it up and typical of lib sites, they do not want to hear from anyone who may disagree with them. I believe through this portal the only way to send along how you feel is to sign--won't do it today.

I remember last year a lot of posters said they were fed up with bush so they would vote for a third party. The lesser of two evils is not my friend mantra.

Well when the alternative is a commie like john kerry the lesser of two evils looks great.

I used a made up email address and name.

Kerry may be close to spineless, but I don't know if he's a "Commie." At least when he ran for president he pretty much copied Bush's views, except that he supports abortion and had a different plan for the war in Iraq, or so he said.

As a Minnesotan, probably the most consistently Liberal state in the Union (we had Humphrey, Mondale, and Wellstone to Massachusetts' Kennedy's) I'm tired of the shim-sham Liberal party members trying to appease the typical demographics: angry black people who want the gov't to give them money, antiwar protesters, unioners who support the war, unioners who don't support the war, and de facto Liberals holding out for world peace while wearing Mardi gras beads made in China by sweat shop employees.

Democrats need a candidate with his head in this century. I'll be waiting.

Never happen. The money is pouring in from far-left kookery and it only goes to the same. You'll NEVER , EVER get a clear-thinking DIMocRAT running for Prez AGAIN!

Is this US SENATOR polling other SENATORS about maintaining a Filibuster? If he was doing his JOB and in the UNITED STATES OF AMERICA RATHER THAN DAVOS SWITZERLAND, THE MORON COULD FILIBUSTER BETTER THAN JUST POLLING LIKE MINDED MOVEON IDIOTS!!!!

This guy is such a maroon.

One should not start their day reading a John Kerry thread.

Alito needs to filibustered because he is an extremist that will BRING BACK SLAVERY.I kid you not: I was confronted by a BEM (that's Booger Eating Moron) who was crying the morning after the elections, sobbing that "Bush is going to bring back slavery!"
Her husband told her that Bush was going to veto the annual congressional vote that kept slavery illegal in the US. There really ARE people this ignorant, and they all vote democrat, or even harder left!
